What does Buddhism offer beyond simple mindfulness practices? In this 3-session series, we'll explore how cultivating attention to your lived experience forms the basis for spiritual practice. As you learn (or review) the foundational skills of calm abiding, insight, and loving-kindness, this series will also gently introduce the core Buddhist teachings on the assumptions that obscure our true, luminous nature.
This course is practice-focused and limited to 20 in-person participants, so it provides an optimal setting for learning or deepening your meditation practice with plenty of time for discussion and questions. You'll receive recordings of the guilded meditations in the course so you can easily practice along at home between classes.
Fee: $35 Standard Rate (includes non-members and Dawn Mountain Basic Members)*
